The Site is created and controlled by BeautifulBondage.net, a trading name of TwistedUK Ltd.
GENERAL
All orders are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
POST AND PACKING
Postage rates are at cost price as advertised by RoyalMail.com
DELIVERY
Orders in the UK are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Signed For, delivery can be expected in 5-10 working days.
Orders for the EU and the Rest Of the World are shipped by air mail, Delivery can be expected in 10-20 working days.
BOOK orders are processed by Lulu.com and their own shipping and dispatch terms apply.
Any claims for non-delivery, shortages or damaged goods must be made in writing within two days of delivery.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
PAYMENT
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.
Credit card transactions are Securely handled by PayPal.
Payments by Cheque are subject to clearance before dispatch.
Book purchases via Credit/Debit card are handled by Lulu.com
CANCELLATIONS
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your order by sending a notice of cancellation to Customer Services, TwistedUK Ltd, 8 Mothers Square, London, E5 8TT or by email to mail@BeautifulBondage.net. BeautifulBondage.net must receive the notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of delivery of the goods.
BeautifulBondage.net will refund any payment you have made as soon as we receive your order to cancel. We will send you an email to let you know that your refund has been processed.
You are under an obligation throughout the cancellation period to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. You must return the goods to BeautifulBondage.net within 14 days after cancelling your order, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. BeautifulBondage.net recommends the use of recorded delivery for your protection and peace of mind.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
BONDAGE EQUIPMENT AND ROPES
We accept no liability for any accident or injury received through the use of our ropes or hardware, any load ratings stated are as quoted from the manufacturer or our suppliers and do not guarantee the integrity of the product at any load, in any circumstance, at any time.
Bondage can be dangerous, all activities undertaken by any customer, consumer or user of our ropes or equipment are done so entirely at the participants own risk. Any activities or techniques shown or described in any photography, illustration, book or instruction are for information and/or entertainment purposes only.
COPYRIGHT
Copyright of all photographs remains the property of the photographer unless specifically granted.
Photographs produced when hired to shoot are granted to the hirer on a usage license only.
Photographs shown in the modeling section of this website remain the property of the copyright holder, by submitting such photographs to us the model is declaring them to be accurate, of themselves, and having permission for their use for self promotion. We will make no use of the photographs anywhere else.
UNLICENSED IMAGE USE
Any images found to be used for any purpose without the express permission of the photographer will incur a penalty useage fee at not less than 250GBP per image, per use, per instance.

MODELING SECTION
All information provided in the modeling section of this website is taken directly from the application forms that are received in good faith, we make no warrant as to the accuracy of this information, all contact should be directed to the model directly via the email address on their page/listing. All agreements entered into with a model are done so directly and this sites owners and administrators are in no way involved with the creation, maintenance nor execution of any agreement.
